After 15 years of helping people find apartment homes, she shifted to helping apartment homes find the right team. During her tenure at RentPath she would indirectly help people find opportunities for growth within the industry. This is now her 100% focus. She has a passion for training and customer service, "leasing sells, maintenance renews".
Meri began her career in property management with Southern Management in 1998. Shortly after, she was recruited by The Bozzuto Group. She was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager for another 3 years before joining Questar Management to assist in another luxury lease up. In 2003, she decided to try her hand at the vendor side of property management, where she became an Account Executive for Apartment Guide for the next 12 years.
